The England winger remains a free agent following the expiry of his Manchester United contract and is prepared to wait until the January transfer window before finding his next club.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/HTJ0FsZXQAEcK9I.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Sancho\u2019s Career Struggles Continue<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Sancho\u2019s fortunes have dipped sharply since his big-money switch from Dortmund to Old Trafford. After a promising start, he failed to win over those at United and endured mixed spells elsewhere. He spent a season on loan at Chelsea before enjoying a more productive stint at Aston Villa, where he played a part in their Europa League success last season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Villa, however, chose not to pursue a free transfer once his United deal ran out in the summer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Interest From Across Europe, but No Offers<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Sancho was linked with several Turkish clubs, while the report suggests there was also interest from Germany, Spain and France. None of those discussions produced a concrete proposal. Talks with a number of Premier League sides likewise failed to reach an agreement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Why Dortmund Are Unlikely to Act<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Sancho made 158 appearances in all competitions across two spells at Dortmund, and the Bundesliga side were linked with a reunion in the summer and beyond the close of the window. The loan arrival of Arsenal\u2019s Ethan Nwaneri is now being cited as the key reason they are unlikely to pursue the 26-year-old further. That does not close the door on a future move, but for now the club appear keen to stay away.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Sancho Keeping Fit in Non-League<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Sancho is training with Flixton FC, a tenth-tier non-league side, to maintain his fitness. He and his representatives will remain alert to any realistic opportunity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Can Sancho Still Revive His Career?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">A Dortmund reunion always felt more romantic than practical. With Nwaneri through the door, there is little room for a sentimental signing. Sancho\u2019s best route back may be a smaller club willing to offer regular minutes and rebuild his confidence.
