This is a simple and quick reflection on the beer that I drank (and reviewed<\/em>) in 2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I just don\u2019t drink as much beer as I used to. There are positives and negatives associated with that fact, one of the positives being that I\u2019m infinitely more discerning than I used to be. I rarely drink a beer that I haven\u2019t got a pretty good idea that I\u2019m going to enjoy. I really haven\u2019t drunk a lot of beer this year (relatively), so as such I\u2019m choosing from a smaller pool (even though it\u2019s deep) and only going for a \u2018Top 5\u2019 for 2025.<\/p>\n

There are a couple of rules as to which beers can be chosen;<\/p>\n

1. I must have reviewed the beer, and
2. I must have had it for the first<\/em> time in 2025.<\/p>\n

That means that a myriad of my favorite beers of all time can\u2019t make the cut, but also focuses my attention on the recent. It\u2019s also worth noting that perhaps<\/em> if one analyzed the scores on the beers below they might not<\/em> necessarily be the highest (maybe they are, I haven\u2019t checked).<\/p>\n
