\n<\/p>\n

While the current Ebola outbreak in the Congo is already the deadliest in DRC Congo’s history, having killed at least 3,982 people, it has not reached the level of the mortality of the Western Africa outbreak of 2014. The recent concern over the spread is the result of a mass evacuation of a camp where Ebola was spreading with thousands of people migrating into neighboring areas.<\/p>\n

This new outbreak is caused by the Bundibugyo virus (BDBV) which historically features case fatality rates ranging between 30% and 50%. It is not affected by current vaccines and there is no known medication. <\/p>\n

The last Ebola outbreak, the 2018\u20132020 outbreak in the DRC ( Congo ) reached roughly 3,470 total cases and 2,299 deaths \u2014 a case fatality rate of around 66% but the vaccine helped to stop it. <\/p>\n

During the 2014 outbreak, in West Africa, the WHO allowed the testing of any thing that might work but the US FDA stepped in and blocked a number of alternatives that had shown promising results. One of these was Nano Silver that appeared highly effective but did not have the financial backing to change the attitude of the FDA or the Pharmaceutical industry that stood to loose profits to the nano silver.<\/p>\n

Another product that was not allowed testing was the LVPEF ( low voltage pulsed electric field ) devices such as ParaZapper which has a significant following in the world of alternatives but is NOT a medical device, showing anecdotally significant customer support for its benefits. I find it sad that such agencies chose the profits of industries over the lives of individuals or their right to try, even if they are in sub-Saharan Africa. <\/p>\n

There is evidence that such modalities which are an extension of the Hulda Clark zapper and Bob Beck blood electrifiers are flat out rejected. The devices qualify as “Folk Medicine” as their basis is in the use of mild safe electricity that has been in practice since the 1750’s. The problem is that they are too inexpensive and within reach of the public for general health usage. A cheap version can be built by a reasonably savvy person for less than $50.00 US While professionally built units with advanced abilities are available for non-human usage. A medically proven unit would cost in the range of several thousand dollars. <\/p>\n
