The GLP-1 injections.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The promise is a weekly shot that flips a metabolic switch your body forgot it had.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And here\u2019s the part most people miss: the science is real. GLP-1 isn\u2019t something foreign. It\u2019s a hormone your body already makes on its own.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So the real question was never whether GLP-1 works.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s this: why did most of us stop making enough of it? And is there a way to turn it back on, without the needle?<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That question is what sent me to my friend Eric Edmeades. I went from 22% to 14% body fat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the number isn\u2019t the part that stayed with me.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m 50 today. I\u2019m still at 14%. And I\u2019ve genuinely never felt better.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ten years on, the results simply held.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s the part that floors me is not the transformation: <strong>the permanence<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every diet I\u2019d ever done handed the weight back within a year. This one never gave it back.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s why it held, and it goes right back to that question<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eric\u2019s method doesn\u2019t attack your willpower. It works on something underneath it, a process he calls <strong>Behavioral Change Dynamics<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You rewire the beliefs and triggers around food, and your body quietly shifts from storing fat to burning it.
