Sydney\u2019s dirty Martini craze has dialled back the fuss at Ravenspur, with the arrival of The True Filth Martini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Taran Howard, owner of Ravenspur, says he created the cocktail as a response to the increasingly over the top garnishes appearing on dirty Martinis around the city.<\/p>\n

The idea was to take those flavours off the top of the glass and build them directly into the drink.<\/p>\n

The result is a blue cheese fat-washed gin and vodka base, Anchovy Vermouth, olive brine and pear and quince-infused oil.<\/p>\n

Each savoury element has been worked into the Martini itself, giving it what Ravenspur describes as essentially \u201ca cheese board in a slightly unhinged martini\u201d.<\/p>\n
