He is a former Panchayat Secretary of <strong>Moinabad gram panchayat<\/strong> and is currently working on deputation as a senior assistant in the municipality.<\/p>\n<p>The ACB said the money was sought in return for not taking coercive action against the complainant\u2019s construction by treating it as an illegal structure. The <strong>\u20b975,000<\/strong> was recovered from Sudarshan\u2019s possession at Vani\u2019s instance, the bureau said.<\/p>\n<p>The bureau alleged that both officers improperly and dishonestly performed their duties to obtain an undue advantage. Vani and Sudarshan were produced before the <strong>I Additional Special Judge for Special Police Establishment and Anti-Corruption Bureau cases at Nampally<\/strong> for judicial remand. The case is under investigation, and the ACB withheld the complainant\u2019s details for security reasons.<\/p>\n<p>The ACB said the public can report bribe demands by public servants through its toll-free number <strong>1064<\/strong> or WhatsApp number <strong>9440446106<\/strong>.
