In this tutorial, we show you how to adjust the pace and expressiveness of the Siri voice on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac running iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS Golden Gate.<\/p>\n

Apple has focused heavily on adding several AI features to this year\u2019s software update, and expressive Siri voices are one of them.<\/p>\n

It lets you adjust how animated, emotional, excited, or natural Siri\u2019s responses sound. For example, when the expressivity level is all the way down, Siri\u2019s voice sounds close to robotic. But if you turn it all the way up, Siri may sound more natural. Let me explain with an example.<\/p>\n

I set Siri\u2019s voice expressivity all the way down and said, \u201cI just want to let you know that I came first in my class test<\/em><\/strong>.\u201d Siri replied with a congratulations message, but the voice lacked a sense of excitement; it sounded flat. When I repeated this with expressivity set to the maximum, I could hear enthusiasm in the voice.<\/p>\n
