Fewer leaders connect culture to business performance in a way people can see, measure, and sustain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>That<\/a>\u2019s\u00a0why I am looking forward to the October 9 Good Leadership Breakfast with Kelly Hansen, Senior Vice President of People &amp; Culture at Veit, and Tim Reimann, President of Veit. Their partnership offers a valuable example of healthy accountability in action, where leadership, culture, safety, communication, and business results reinforce one another.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What stands out about this conversation is the combination of perspectives. Kelly leads people, culture, safety, marketing, payroll, human resources, and business development. Tim leads the overall business.
