A community, an annual gathering in Austin each spring, and a year-round source of resources for living and working differently. I started it in 2025 because the standard advice doesn&#8217;t fit our brains, and we needed our own conversations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A year-round community<\/strong> for neurodivergent adults who want to think, work, and live alongside people who get it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Education.<\/strong> Talks, workshops, and resources on the topics that matter most: executive function, energy management, time and attention, relationships, parenting, and the lived experience of being different.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business resources<\/strong> for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, freelancers, and creatives. Building income looks different when your brain runs on a different operating system, and most business advice quietly assumes a brain you don&#8217;t have.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The annual conference brings the community into one room for three days. The rest of the year is what holds it together.<\/p>\n<h2>About the word &#8220;neurodivergent&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;Neurodivergent&#8221; is shorthand for a lot of different brains. ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourette&#8217;s, sensory processing differences, and more. Some of us have one of these. Some have several. Many of us spent decades not having the right words at all.<\/p>\n<h2>Who NeuroDiversion is for<\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;ve been told you&#8217;re too much, or not enough, or both, often by the same person.<\/p>\n<p>Or: you&#8217;ve spent years building elaborate systems to compensate for things that wouldn&#8217;t be problems if the world were built slightly differently.<\/p>\n<p>Or: you&#8217;re not sure you&#8217;re neurodivergent, but the descriptions keep landing too close to be coincidence.<\/p>\n<p>Or: you&#8217;ve got an ND partner, an ND kid, an ND coworker, and you want to actually understand instead of just cope.<\/p>\n<p>If any of that lands, I&#8217;d love to see you at a future event. Diagnosed, undiagnosed, late-diagnosed, self-aware-and-still-figuring-it-out.
