Born and raised in Nigeria, Oku Chibuike, better known as InsaneChips, has carved out a distinctive space by bringing together Afrobeats, Afro-fusion, and contemporary rap.

His experience behind the scenes as a songwriter, producer, and sound engineer also gives him a rare understanding of how music should feel, flow, and ultimately connect with its audience.

With ‘OH MY DAYS’, InsaneChips taps into that multifaceted artistry to deliver a record that feels personal and expressive.

The title itself suggests a moment of disbelief, reflection, or simply being caught up in the intensity of life giving the song an immediate sense of curiosity before the first note even lands.

Rather than being boxed into one creative lane, InsaneChips approaches his music with the freedom of an artist who understands both the writing room and the studio console.

That combination allows him to shape his sound with intention, balancing African rhythms with contemporary influences while keeping his own identity at the centre.

‘OH MY DAYS’ is another glimpse into what makes InsaneChips an artist worth watching.

Press play, settle into the sound, and discover what he has been cooking.
