Yes, there&#8217;ll be banter and silliness. Sometimes heartfelt best wishes. A talented lass with a biro might draw something meaningful. You&#8217;ll look back on those scrawls with fond memories. But my generation didn&#8217;t have social media, let alone artificial intelligence, so whatever happened at school mostly stayed there.<\/p>\n<p>Which is what makes a new campaign by Don&#8217;t Panic for Everyone&#8217;s Invited so arresting. Titled &#8216;Call It What It Is&#8217;, it argues that AI is accelerating sexual harm among young people, including sexual deepfakes, nudifying technology and manipulative AI chatbots \u2013 harms that just didn&#8217;t exist when most of us were at school. At its heart is a large-scale billboard built around those signed leavers&#8217; shirts, each one scrawled with a real experience from a young person to drive the message home. Technology isn\u2019t just hosting sexual harm \u2013 it\u2019s accelerating it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The execution is deliberately handmade. Real white shirts are fixed to the billboard in two rows, almost like a traditional school photograph. Handwritten testimonies are surrounded by doodles and drawings, which only add to the impact.
