The nose has a gentle hogo<\/em> note but is otherwise dominated by overripe pineapple and coconut cream, becoming increasingly prominent as it sits in glass. Air time helps notes of green banana and a lightly grassy quality \u2014 much less present than in agricole, thanks to the high proof \u2014 come into focus.<\/p>\n The palate offers similar qualities, banana a bit more clearly evident, with a lemongrass note following behind. The body is a bit more obviously cane-based than the nose suggests, with overt sweetness and a couple of extra upticks of green grass opening the door to some more clearly pastoral qualities.
