In <strong>June 2026<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cipd.org\/uk\/about\/news\/cipd-platinum-study-centre-network-saudi-arabia\/\">CIPD announced<\/a> that FBS MENA had become the Kingdom\u2019s <strong>first Platinum-recognised Study Centre with a physical presence in the country<\/strong>, Platinum being the top tier of CIPD\u2019s own recognition framework, awarded only to centres meeting its standards for assessment, administration, and learner support.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For funding purposes specifically, HRDF support applies to <strong>Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD qualifications<\/strong>. Study through Avado is delivered online, structured to work alongside full-time employment rather than requiring time away from work, the same format used across Avado\u2019s other CIPD offerings.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HRDF (Hadaf): What It Is and Who\u2019s Eligible<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrdf.org.sa\/en\/\">Human Resources Development Fund<\/a>, known as HRDF or Hadaf, is a genuine Saudi government fund established in 2000, specifically to support the training and employment of Saudi nationals in the private sector.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrdf.org.sa\/en\/products-and-services\/programs\/individuals\/training\/professional-certificates\/\">HRDF\u2019s own eligibility criteria<\/a> for its Professional Certificates programme are specific:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The applicant must be a <strong>Saudi national<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The certificate must be one of the certificates <strong>already approved on HRDF\u2019s list<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The certificate\u2019s issue date must be <strong>within six months<\/strong> of submitting the claim<\/li>\n<li>The applicant\u2019s <strong>employer must not have already paid<\/strong> for the certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn\u2019t a small or symbolic scheme. HRDF\u2019s own reporting shows <strong>13,065 Saudi citizens benefited<\/strong> from the Professional Certificates programme in the past year, with total financial compensation reaching approximately <strong>114.4 million SAR<\/strong>, across <strong>268 approved certifications<\/strong> spanning multiple fields.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Funding Process, Step by Step<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avado describes its own process for CIPD students in three steps: <strong>confirm eligibility, enrol and complete the qualification, then submit a claim through HRDF\u2019s own portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s worth understanding exactly how HRDF calculates what it pays out, because it isn\u2019t a flat percentage of course fees:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrdf.org.sa\/en\/products-and-services\/programs\/individuals\/training\/professional-certificates\/\">HRDF\u2019s own guidance<\/a> sets a <strong>fixed maximum reimbursement specific to each approved certificate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If the actual course invoice comes in <strong>below<\/strong> that maximum, HRDF reimburses the <strong>full invoiced amount<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If the invoice is <strong>above<\/strong> the maximum, reimbursement is <strong>capped<\/strong> at that fixed figure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avado states that its CIPD students can expect <strong>up to 95% of course fees back<\/strong> under this scheme.
