For \u201cArtificial Intelligence and the Public Domain: Global IP Frontiers in AI-Generated Advertising,\u201d Andy will be joined by Lars Bo Kirk, Co-CEO and Partner at FRIDAY; Maninder Gill, Head of Department and Partner at Simons Muirhead Burton LLP; and Kelley Loo, Partner at Deacons. This session will explore who owns a borderless, AI-generated brand identity and advertising creative and will cover the tension between innovation and authorship, contrasting the U.S. Copyright Office\u2019s strict \u201chuman authorship\u201d requirement with more permissive international jurisdictions. This session will examine the growing use of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok by lawyers and law firms to build their professional profiles, promote their practices and attract clients.
