Brioche is one of my favorite doughs.\u00a0 It’s delicious and versatile.\u00a0 Beside eating it plain or toasted, brioche can be made into rolls, buns, French toast, bread pudding, or babkas.<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s an enriched dough, containing eggs and lots of butter.\u00a0 Once the dough is made, it is proofed overnight in the refrigerator.\u00a0 Then, it’s ready to use.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the first September post, this is a simple brioche loaf.<\/span><\/p>\n
