Theirs is named \u2018Tynt Meadow\u2019 to honour the land where monastic life began in the Midlands nearly two centuries ago.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Main Stage<br \/><strong>Time:<\/strong> 30 September, 15:00<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ross Adams is the head brewer Mount Saint Bernard Abbey. With previous experience at London-based outfits such as Wild Card and Hackney, Ross has overseen production in Leicestershire since 2022. At the heart of their process, the monks at Mount St Bernard Abbey Brewery oversee the bottle fermentation of Tynt Meadow.
