In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in dualities—right or wrong, good or bad, black or white. These polarities often keep us trapped in struggle and prevent us from truly expanding our consciousness. Today, we’re exploring a transformative practice for increasing self-awareness and connecting with your higher self, even in the midst of life’s challenges.

The Power of Neutrality in Expanding Consciousness

The first step toward higher consciousness is cultivating a space of neutrality. This doesn’t mean ignoring your opinions or feelings—it means stepping back from judgment and creating a neutral, equanimous inner space. Why is this so important? When we cling to our positions, preferences, or judgments, our energy becomes entangled, and our consciousness cannot expand.

Neutrality allows your energy to open up, creating what I call a sense of “altitude and elevation.” This is not something you can think your way into—it’s an energetic experience, a shift in your inner awareness that connects you with your higher consciousness.

A Practice for Expanding Your Consciousness

Here’s a guided approach to start expanding your awareness today:

  1. Find your inner neutral space. Sit quietly, close your eyes, and tune into your energy. Let go of judgments and opinions, and allow yourself to settle into equanimity.

  2. Bring a challenge to mind. From this place of neutrality, call to mind a challenge you are currently facing.

  3. Observe without judgment. Examine this challenge with curiosity, not resistance. Ask yourself: Why have I never seen this challenge from this perspective before?

  4. Receive higher guidance. Open yourself to any insights or awareness that your higher consciousness wants to share. Trust that this new perspective may bring clarity, understanding, or a fresh approach you hadn’t considered before.

This practice is designed to deepen your self-awareness and allow your consciousness to expand naturally, without forcing answers or solutions.
