Shimmering acoustic guitars set the tone as Plain Mister Smith revisits the Icelandic town of Grindavík, recently marked by volcanic unrest. The track weaves vivid storytelling with a palpable sense of longing. progressive, groove-driven drum patterns anchor the evolving chord progressions, lending the piece both intimacy and expansiveness. Guest appearances from Jordan Klassen and Kitt contribute additional depth and resonance.

Plain Mister Smith shared: “The recent volcanic eruptions in Grindavik show the earth in distress, and are an analogy for a relationship in distress. In the same way I hoped the fissures in the earth would meld and heal, I also hoped the fissure in the relationship would heal.”

Bric-a-Brac attack Tracklist:

1.
