McDonald’s Philippines celebrated the release of <\/span>Spider-Man: Brand New Day <\/span><\/i>with the launch of its exclusive Spider-Man: Brand New Day Happy Meal and Premium Collectibles, bringing the excitement of Marvel’s beloved superhero beyond the big screen through nationwide Drive-Thru activations and exclusive opening weekend block screenings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exclusive Collectibles Marked a Brand New Day<\/span><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

McDonald’s Philippines launched its exclusive Spider-Man: Brand New Day Happy Meal, featuring 10 Spider-Man Backpack Toy designs that fans could collect. The experience extended beyond the meal through an interactive QR code found on every Happy Meal box, allowing customers to enjoy a special Spider-Man-themed gameplay.<\/span><\/p>\n

McDonald\u2019s also introduced its premium Spider-Man: Brand New Day collectible toys, giving customers even more ways to bring home their favorite web-slinger. With the purchase of any McDonald’s meal and an additional P165, customers could choose from 4 collectible figures: Upside-Down Spider-Man, Crouching Spider-Man, Hammock Spider-Man, and Side Hang Spider-Man.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

To bring the excitement beyond the collectibles, Spider-Man made surprise appearances across McDonald’s Drive-Thru stores nationwide. Staying true to his role as everyone’s friendly neighborhood hero, Spider-Man took orders, handed out meals, greeted families, and posed for photos with fans, turning everyday Drive-Thru visits into exciting Spider-Man experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Spider-Man has always been a hero who connects with people in the most genuine and relatable way, and that’s exactly the kind of experience we wanted to create for our customers,” said Ada Almendras-Lazaro, Chief Marketing Officer of McDonald’s Philippines. “Through our Happy Meal, Premium Collectibles, and Drive-Thru activations, we wanted fans to experience the excitement of Spider-Man: Brand New Day in a fun and memorable way.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Keeping the excitement going during the movie’s opening weekend, McDonald’s Philippines also hosted exclusive block screenings of Spider-Man: Brand New Day at Trinoma Cinema in Quezon City and Glorietta 4 Cinemas in Makati. Both screenings drew full houses, with fans and members of the media coming together to celebrate the newest Spider-Man adventure.<\/span><\/p>\n

“From launching our Spider-Man Happy Meal and Premium Collectibles to bringing Spider-Man to our Drive-Thru stores and celebrating the movie’s opening weekend with exclusive block screenings, we wanted fans to experience the excitement of <\/span>Spider-Man: Brand New Day<\/span><\/i> beyond the big screen,” Almendras-Lazaro added. “Whether collecting their favorite toys or creating feel-good moments with family and friends, there’s something for every Spider-Man fan at McDonald’s.” <\/span><\/p>\n
