SIGNAL LOSS<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Estonian composer Paul Beaudoin<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u2018s<\/em> Signal Loss<\/em><\/strong> was originally created for a sound installation in the Nikolai Tesla museum in Zagreb. Nikolai Tesla had a fascination for \u2018invisible systems, failed transmissions, and the space between intent and reception.\u2019<\/em>
These pieces, created using granular field recordings, low-voltage digital processes, and degraded transmission techniques, all aim to recreate this in a different way.<\/p>\n

The twelve tracks on the album are all \u2018minimal, ambient, and spatially responsive\u2019.<\/em> And very quiet, like an almost unnoticeable hum that changes the atmosphere in the room, \u2018humming at the treshold between presence and absence\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n

Signal Loss<\/em><\/strong> is explicitly composed for slow listening in quiet environments. <\/p>\n
