Today I wanted to share this Slow Cooker Tuscan Beef Stew<\/strong> because it is a family favorite.\u00a0 While I love any good slow-cooker meal,<\/a> this one takes the cake!\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

This slow cooker beef stew recipe was given to me by Mickey\u2019s grandmother.\u00a0 \u00a0When we were married, she shared this recipe, along with so many other delicious recipes, like her soft chocolate chip cookie recipe<\/a>.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

The first time that I had this stew was after one of Mickey\u2019s high school football games.\u00a0 \u00a0Mickey and I went to rival high schools, in the same town, so every Friday night, I\u2019d head across town, with my parents, to his football game.<\/p>\n

After the game, my parents would drop me off at his house to have dinner.\u00a0 \u00a0His grandmother would almost always make some sort of soup.\u00a0 \u00a0My favorite soups were her Italian Wedding Soup and her Slow Cooker Tuscan Beef Stew.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>\"Mickey\"Mickey<\/p>\n
