{"id":7049283,"date":"2026-08-27T18:33:36","date_gmt":"2026-08-27T18:33:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peraltafinancing.com\/uncategorized\/stephen-millers-armed-latino-gang\/"},"modified":"2026-08-27T18:33:36","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T18:33:36","slug":"stephen-millers-armed-latino-gang","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=7049283","title":{"rendered":"Stephen Miller&#8217;s Armed Latino Gang"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>You\u2019ve no doubt heard that Governor Greg Abbott is harboring a suspected criminal, Christian Castro, the ICE officer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/28132521-castro-2\/\">accused<\/a> by the State of Minnesota of shooting Venezuelan TPS recipient Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis and then lying about it to the FBI, <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.mnd.230472\/gov.uscourts.mnd.230472.1.1.pdf\">framing<\/a> his victim and Sosa-Celis\u2019 roommate with assaulting <em>him<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In a lawsuit attempting to force Texas to turn over the suspected assailant, Minnesota <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.txsd.2104014\/gov.uscourts.txsd.2104014.24.0.pdf\">argued<\/a> that Castro is a flight risk, based in significant part on the <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.txsd.2104014\/gov.uscourts.txsd.2104014.22.2_1.pdf\">394 calls Castro placed from jail<\/a> to a Mexican woman presumed to be his lover, where he described moving to Progreso, Mexico where they could live in a big house together.<\/p>\n<p>Governor Abbott has dicked around with the extradition request, and so Castro was <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.txsd.2104014\/gov.uscourts.txsd.2104014.28.0_2.pdf\">released today<\/a> after 90 days in jail.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Behind the Masks\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qTSeVSm1Fpc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Castro is just one of a small gang of Latino Texans whom Stephen Miller sent to invade Minnesota in January who allegedly engaged in violence or other crime.<\/p>\n<p>As ProPublica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propublica.org\/article\/alex-pretti-shooting-cbp-agents-identified-jesus-ochoa-raymundo-gutierrez\">reported in February<\/a>, the two men who shot and killed Alex Pretti are Jesus Ochoa and Raymundo Gutierrez, both from South Texas.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The two federal immigration agents who fired on Minneapolis protester Alex Pretti are identified in government records as Border Patrol agent Jesus Ochoa and Customs and Border Protection officer Raymundo Gutierrez.<\/p>\n<p>The records viewed by ProPublica list Ochoa, 43, and Gutierrez, 35, as the shooters during the deadly encounter last weekend that left Pretti dead and ignited massive protests and calls for criminal investigations.<\/p>\n<p>Both men were assigned to Operation Metro Surge, an immigration enforcement dragnet launched in December that sent scores of armed and masked agents across the city.<\/p>\n<p>[snip]<\/p>\n<p>Ochoa is a Border Patrol agent who joined CBP in 2018. Gutierrez joined in 2014 and works for CBP\u2019s Office of Field Operations. He is assigned to a special response team, which conducts high-risk operations like those of police SWAT units. Records show both men are from South Texas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As Pretti\u2019s family explained to George Stephanopoulos on Sunday, they still have gotten no accountability for the shooting.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Family of Alex Pretti speak out\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rYQChmQj9dk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>As CBP officers from south Texas, Ochoa and Gutierrez are from the same agency and same part of Texas as Marco Antonio Muniz, the Border Patrol officer who <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/28573860-260504-jama-hearing\">testified in May<\/a> about the false arrest on January 20 of naturalized Somali-American Mohamed Jama.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Q. You mentioned a river. Where do you currently work?<\/p>\n<p>A. I work in Laredo, Texas, southern border.<\/p>\n<p>Q. Now, prior to your \u2014<\/p>\n<p>THE COURT: Sorry. Just \u2014 the river you\u2019re referring to is the Rio Grande?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>At least two more of the officers involved in this false arrest were Latino, including Angel Flores, whose phone did <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/28584739-260120-jama-searches\">a search<\/a> earlier that day (at one point, Muniz was doing searches on Flores\u2019 phone, because Flores was driving) and discovered the owner of the van that CBP would unlawfully pursue hours later in rental SUVs with license plates from Texas was an American citizen.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Notably, these requests for a \u201ccheck\u201d of the records were timestamped at 9:15 and 9:20 a.m. \u2013 approximately two hours before Agent Berger and Agent Muniz testified that the incident began. Both Berger and Muniz testified that agents first encountered the Defendant\u2019s vehicle at approximately 11:00 or 11:15 a.m. (ECF No. 58, Mot. Hrg. Tr. at 49; ECF No. 1-1 at \u00b6 5.) Based on the body-worn camera videos that have been produced, the first agent to choose to activate his camera did so around 12:20 p.m., about one hour after agents said they first encountered the Defendant\u2019s vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>A person on the Teams chat responded to Agent Flores\u2019s \u201ccheck\u201d at 9:22 a.m. \u2013 still hours before the agents testified that the incident began. The responses conclusively demonstrated that the registered owner of the van was a U.S. Citizen. The first response listed the registered owner\u2019s \u201cCOC\u201d \u2013 i.e. country of citizenship \u2013 as \u201cUSA\u201d:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-218761\" src=\"https:\/\/emptywheel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2026-08-27-at-4.15.04-PM-1030x268.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"182\"\/><\/p>\n<p>(Ex. 3.) The second \u201ccheck\u201d response provided further detail, along with a photograph matching the Super Query record, showing that the registered owner was a U.S. citizen with a U.S. Passport:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-218762\" src=\"https:\/\/emptywheel.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-2026-08-27-at-4.15.52-PM-1030x472.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"321\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Thus, Agent Flores knew that the owner of the vehicle was a U.S. Citizen <em>before<\/em> he told his fellow agents to stop and then pursue the driver of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As Jama\u2019s attorney, Surya Saxena, laid out in <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.mnd.230806\/gov.uscourts.mnd.230806.66.0_9.pdf\">a successful bid<\/a> for a hearing currently scheduled for next week, both Muniz (in his testimony) and Flores (in his claims to Richard Berger, to get an arrest affidavit) lied about Jama.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Agent Berger either intentionally provided false testimony regarding the registered owner\u2019s immigration status or he was mislead by Agent Flores. In either instance, one or both of the Agents\u2019 dishonesty should be documented for purposes of later Giglio disclosures. These agents should not be allowed to testify in future proceedings or affidavits without their prior dishonesty being recognized by the Court and disclosed to future defendants.<\/p>\n<p>Agent Muniz also testified that he personally looked that the Teams chat records checks and personally concluded that the registered owner was not a U.S. citizen. In light of the clear records shared on the Teams chat demonstrating that the registered owner was a U.S. citizen, the Court should confirm that Muniz also provided false testimony.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>About a month after arresting Jama, DOJ <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/28584754-260220-protective-order-jama\">asked for<\/a> a protective order to hide the identities of what it called the \u201cvictims\u201d in the Jama case \u2014 something DOJ did not consistently do in the Minnesota cases. While Saxena <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.mnd.230805\/gov.uscourts.mnd.230805.29.0.pdf\">successfully pushed back<\/a> on that order (the government withdrew its request to avoid a hearing on the matter), it otherwise would have hidden Muniz and Flores\u2019 identity, along with the other two guys in their SUV and the four in the SUV that caused a collision with the van Jama was driving.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s almost as if DOJ wanted to hide the extent to which Stephen Miller sent a masked gang of violent Latinos from South Texas to invade Minnesota, where they murdered, shot, kidnapped, and defamed Miller\u2019s targets, just as Miller himself defamed Alex Pretti after the ICU nurse\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s enough to make you sick!<\/p>\n<p>Which brings me to the last Latino criminal I know of that Miller sent from South Texas to invade Minnesota, Alfredo Mancillas Jr, who <a href=\"https:\/\/sahanjournal.com\/public-safety\/border-patrol-employee-charged-drunk-driving-st-paul\/\">drove drunk<\/a> into a parking lot in St. Paul on January 26 and vomited all over himself.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>A U.S. Customs and Border Patrol employee was charged with drunken driving in St. Paul after a state trooper found him passed out in a car Tuesday morning \u201ccovered in vomit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The state trooper found 31-year-old Alfredo Mancillas Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas, \u201cslumped over in the driver\u2019s seat\u201d at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday in the Hamline-Midway neighborhood near Allianz Field, according to charges filed that day by the St. Paul City Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>His car was parked in a no-parking zone and smelled like alcohol while Mancillas himself had \u201cbloodshot and watery eyes,\u201d the charges allege.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mancillas, at least, <a href=\"https:\/\/sahanjournal.com\/public-safety\/immigration-border-agent-pleads-guilty-drunk-driving-metro-surge\/\">pled guilty<\/a> last month, though will escape his 90-day prison sentence if he avoids trouble for a year.<\/p>\n<p>This is just what we know of, though.
