I was fortunate to meet Jack at the Love Stories etc, event in Manchester last month and was thrilled when he agreed to take part. If M\/M romance is what you\u2019re looking for \u2013 with heart and warmth, spice and humour \u2013 then make Jack your next read. If you\u2019ve never read M\/M romance then don\u2019t be shy to try it. Love is love after all and watching two people fall for each other and have their happy ending shouldn\u2019t be gender specific. S. Strange. Maybe I\u2019ll try and pick some from different stages in my life. Throughout it all, though, is Britney. Always Britney.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My first song would be <strong>Who Do You Think You Are<\/strong> by The Spice Girls. It was a song I was singing and dancing to before I could talk when I was a kid, according to my mum. I have always had cats in my life, and think I always will.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Books, too, of course. I love books and always have. I find comfort in being surrounded by them, and love nothing more than to escape into a good book.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pop music would be another.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Educational opportunities would be my fourth \u2013 I love to study and always love to learn something new.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travel would be my final. Always like to see and experience something new.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center has-light-gray-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#5bc955;\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#4a7c4f;\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Give five pieces of advice to your younger self?<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chill out, because things start to happen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You make sense of those feelings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keep doing what you\u2019re doing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go find an actual bookshop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will be alright.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center has-light-gray-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#4a7c4f;\"><strong>Tell us five things that most people don\u2019t know about you<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am very loosely related to Rudyard Kipling. Very loosely related!<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have an Anne Boleyn tattoo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am invested in astrology and tarot, and I\u2019m quite a spiritual person.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m studying to become a Creative Writing or English Literature professor \u2013 but right now I offer writing coaching sessions and workshops.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tried \u2013 and failed \u2013 to make it as a pop star.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center has-light-gray-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#4a7c4f;\"><strong>Tell us five things you\u2019d still like to do or achieve.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Become a pop star!<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Become full time self-employed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Own a cosy home where I can grow my own food and live sustainably.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Write scripts for movies \u2013 and have my work turned into movies!<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open a bookshop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Many thanks for joining me today Jack, I enjoyed learning more about you.
