A good buyer agent treats your questions as worth answering fully, not just quickly. When you’re trying to understand the buying process or make sense of the current market, do they anticipate what you’re likely to ask and walk you through it thoroughly? When a property catches your eye, do they follow up with real answers \u2014 not a rushed text, but a complete response on the timeline promised?<\/p>\n

Is the agent DEDICATED to you and their craft?\u00a0<\/h3>\n

Knowing the market cold, negotiating your offer<\/a>, managing inspection negotiations \u2014 these aren’t places to cut corners. A dedicated agent treats each of these as a professional responsibility, not a box to check, and consistently puts your interests ahead of getting the deal done fast.<\/p>\n

Is the agent UP FOR A CHALLENGE?\u00a0<\/h3>\n
