Cheers to that!<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For starters, the historic\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fineartsbuilding.com\">Fine Arts Building<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/groundswellcoffeeroasters.com\">Groundswell Coffee Roasters<\/a>\u00a0are revitalizing the downtown area while revving up caffeine connoisseurs with an exclusive Groundswell x Fine Arts Building coffee flavor. \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Groundswell Coffee Roasters to our storied location, and to reactivate the ground floor of the Fine Arts Building with its first new cafe in seven years,\u201d says proprietor\u00a0Erica Berger. \u201cInside the Fine Arts Building, the motto above the entryway is \u2018Art Alone Endures\u2019\u2014this applies to all of the artmaking that has happened here for more than 125 years, and also artisanal businesses such as Chicago-based specialty coffee roaster Groundswell. Named by Fodor Travel as one the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fodors.com\/news\/photos\/15-best-places-to-drink-hot-chocolate-in-america#!2-katherine-anne-confections\">best places to drink hot chocolate in America<\/a>, the latter aims to be a community gathering space where folks can order hot chocolate, coffee or tea with cafe sandwiches or salads.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Shedd Aquarium\u2019s campaign partner, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.koval-distillery.com\/newsite\/\">KOVAL Distillery<\/a> encourages consumers to raise a glass while raising awareness with its planet-friendly options that include the company\u2019s signature\u00a0KOVAL Bourbon and Thresh &amp; Winnow Bourbon\u00a0(aged in fruit brandy barrels).
