Are you regularly skipping meals? Running on five hours of sleep? Exercising intensely without enough recovery? For one person, that might mean correcting an iron deficiency. For another, it might mean getting menstrual cycles back on track, reviewing medications, improving digestive health, or simply creating more consistent habits around sleep and nutrition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goal is not to create a perfect body for pregnancy.
