As a result, the TTB is recommending that importers do not submit CBMA refund claims at this time if there is any indication that quantity data may be inaccurate. According to TTB, submitting claims based on incorrect data may lead to claim rejections, improper allocation adjustments, and complications impacting future filings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TTB and CBP are actively working to resolve the issue, with a fix anticipated by the end of April. In the meantime, importers should carefully review all entry summary line data and wait to file claims until the system reflects accurate information.
