Yet, this picture may not be accurate.  If your \u201cboss\u201d is  a rigid, know-it-all, unyielding type, then they are not a leader.  They are most likely trying to be a leader without knowing what a true leader is.  Highly organized leaders aren\u2019t rigid and unyielding.
