So, what is a good interest rate from a realtor\u2019s perspective?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>One way to approach that question is to look at average rates over time. Mortgage interest rates have been between 5% and 10% nearly sixty percent of the time over the last 50 years (KCM). Current rates reflect a return to \u201cnormal\u201d in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.madcitydreamhomes.com\/blog\/market-updates\/\" target=\"_blank\">balanced real estate market<\/a>. There\u2019s definitely some \u201cgood\u201d in that.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The other way to look at the question is what works for you and your family. Do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.madcitydreamhomes.com\/blog\/interest-rates-may-vary.html\" target=\"_blank\">current interest rates<\/a> help you meet your goals, financial and otherwise?
