It has already sold out at this rate through 2032.<\/p>\n<p>If Airbus doesn\u2019t increase production by the end of 2027, as planned, it will be oversold as early as next year\u2014meaning aircraft delivery commitments would exceed its production capacity to deliver them. JetBlue Airways and Frontier Airlines already have deferred deliveries to future years. But the underlying challenge remains: Airbus must increase the production rate to 75 sooner rather than later, and potentially even higher.
