That is why great leaders become so important.<\/p>\n

Great leaders are not merely managers of reality. \u00a0They are architects of possibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Great leaders connect people to their potential.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The best leaders don\u2019t simply tell people what they can accomplish. \u00a0They help people see capabilities in themselves they couldn\u2019t yet see.<\/p>\n

4. Great leaders celebrate progress.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Hope grows when people recognize that they are moving forward. \u00a0Wise leaders point out even the slightest victories, improvements, and evidence that the vision is becoming reality.<\/p>\n
