By some serendipitous coincidence, I was booked in to get tattooed during Assistance Dog Week (3rd \u2013 9th August) and my tattoo artist, Vivi<\/a>, was super keen to meet Daisy since, due to a peak in the heatwave, I hadn\u2019t been able to bring her to my first session with her. So, during our Assistance Dog Week session, we both made videos about the session and about having an Autism Assistance Dog in the studio as a way of helping to normalise the presence of assistance dogs. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Here is my video, from the assistance dog handler perspective:<\/p>\n And here is Vivi\u2019s video, from the tattoo artist perspective:<\/p>\n I\u2019m not sure I have much more to say without repeating myself from the videos. But I\u2019m so grateful to Vivi for my gorgeous tattoos, for the lovely session, and for the welcoming and accepting space she has created with her studio. And I love my new tattoos so much. I have wanted the quote for so many years and I\u2019m so happy to finally have my Erin LeCount tattoo, the lyric she wrote for me when I first met her earlier this year.
