MUN services clients across healthcare, real estate, nonprofits, employee benefit plans, local governments, manufacturing and hospitality. The deal adds offices in Glendale, California; Roseville, California; Lihue, Hawaii; Zephyr Cove, Nevada; and a second office in Sacramento.<\/p>\n

“We’re excited to welcome the MUN team to Eide Bailly,” Jeremy Hauk, managing partner and CEO of Eide Bailly, said in a statement. “They have built a strong reputation for putting clients first and fostering a culture that aligns closely with our own. Their addition expands our presence in key markets throughout California and Hawaii and further strengthens our ability to help clients address increasingly complex business challenges.”<\/p>\n

Eide Bailly, based in Fargo, North Dakota, ranked No. 18 on Accounting Today<\/i>‘s 2026 Top 100 Firms list<\/u><\/a><\/ps-link>. It reported over $800 million in revenue, with over 3,500 across more than 50 U.S. offices. This deal is its first transaction since announcing in June it will receive private equity funding<\/u><\/a><\/ps-link> from Reverence Capital.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Culture was a significant factor in our decision,” MUN partner Kriss Mann said in a statement. “Just as important was the opportunity to do even more for our clients. By joining Eide Bailly, we’ll be able to provide access to expanded resources, specialized expertise and a broader range of services while continuing to deliver the personalized support our clients expect.”<\/p>\n

Eide Bailly has completed numerous transactions over the past few years. Most recently, it expanded into Virginia through the acquisition of Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer<\/u><\/a><\/ps-link> in December 2025. That year it also added Traner Smith<\/u><\/a><\/ps-link> in Washington, Hamilton Tharp<\/u><\/a><\/ps-link> in California, Roycon in Texas, and Volpe Brown & Co.<\/u><\/a><\/ps-link> in Ohio. It expanded to Ohio the previous year by merging in Apple Growth Partners<\/u><\/a><\/ps-link>.
