Tell us a little about Saucy Brew Works: what makes you guys unique? Saucy Brew Works’ Ohio City Location

2. What is a fun fact that people should know about your venue?

“Our venues are built to serve every part of the day. We make our own Saucy Vodka, craft hard seltzers, and roast our own coffee, so whether it’s a morning meeting with cold brew or an evening celebration with a full bar, we’re ready to host.”

3. What are some changes you’ve seen in your industry lately? What are you looking forward to about the future?

“Lately, we’ve seen more and more people choosing breweries like ours for milestone events – everything from engagement parties and rehearsal dinners to first birthday celebrations. Guests are looking for a more relaxed, welcoming setting that still delivers on quality drinks, food, and overall experience. We’ve leaned into that shift by offering a space that feels laid-back but elevated. Each of our venues acts as a blank canvas, giving hosts the freedom to decorate and personalize the space to fit any type of celebration.”

4. How long has your venue been putting on events?

“We’ve been hosting events in Cleveland since 2017 and Pinecrest since 2020. Pinecrest, being a smaller venue, has become especially popular for company buyouts and more intimate gatherings. Our Cleveland location offers even more flexibility with its brewpub, loft, and event space, making it easy to match the size and style of space to what each group needs. While Cleveland has hosted large public events like the NFL Draft Party in 2021 with Denzel Ward, both venues have recently seen a strong increase in private events of all sizes, balancing laid-back celebrations with fun, high-energy experiences.”

Saucy Brew Works’ Pinecrest Location

5. How long have you managed events at your venue?

“For the past four and a half years, I’ve worked closely with our managers and staff to plan and execute a wide range of events at Saucy Brew Works. Over time, we’ve adapted by creating a catering menu that features buffet-style options and casual platters, making it easier to offer flexible food choices that fit the vibe of any event.”

6. Do you have a favorite event that you’ve hosted? Or a favorite event type?

“As someone who recently got married, it’s been incredibly special to host others going through the same life adventure and choosing Saucy Brew Works as their place to celebrate. We’ve hosted a handful of engagement parties and rehearsal dinners where the guests of honor actually had their first date at Saucy. This year, we were excited to host our first full wedding, including the ceremony and reception, and it was truly a memorable experience for everyone involved.”

7. Anything else you would like to add?

“With versatile spaces and unique brewery experiences, Saucy Brew Works is built to elevate any event. Our event space now features a wrap-around patio and a private garage door that opens directly to it, creating an open, inviting atmosphere. Guests can add on guided beer tastings, behind-the-scenes tours, or craft signature cocktails with our Saucy Vodka to make their celebration truly stand out. We’re here to help bring your vision to life in a way only a brewery like ours can.”

From fresh pours to full-house celebrations, Saucy Brew Works brings energy, personality, and thoughtful service to every event it hosts. “Saucy Brew Works is a neighborhood-driven brewery and hospitality group with locations in Cleveland’s Ohio City and Pinecrest. Each space reflects the community it’s in, with our Cleveland flagship bringing that industrial charm, and Pinecrest offering a more modern feel. The vibe may differ between locations, but both are rooted in the same Saucy spirit: bold beer, fresh food, and a welcoming space to hang out, celebrate, or just enjoy a great pint with friends.”

!["image2"]("https://eventupblog.tripleseat.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image2.jpg?width=624&height=416&name=image2.jpg")
