After reading the recipe and the author’s comments – I would say based on your<\/i> comments and pictures – that it looks like what you have is<\/i> what the author has and described. <\/p>\n

Something that fragile (as in gooey ‘n soft) really probably needs to be eaten with a fork I guess. That’s not my preference as I think brownies should be able to be eaten from your hand. Unless you’re serving it with a beautiful scoop of Ice Cream on the plate! \"\ud83d\ude09\"<\/p>\n
