Skin health, despite affecting millions of people, was often dismissed as a cosmetic issue rather than recognised as an important aspect of overall health and well-being.<\/span><\/p>\nThose observations inspired me to act.<\/span><\/p>\nI founded Leadership Evolved Academy<\/b> to help individuals move beyond traditional leadership theories and become intentional leaders who create measurable impact. Through practical learning, coaching, and leadership resources like the LEAfied Leadership Practitioner Diary, my goal is to equip emerging and experienced leaders with the mindset, discipline, and tools to lead themselves, their teams, and their organisations more effectively.<\/span><\/p>\nSimilarly, Skintervention Africa, formerly Skintervention Nigeria, was born out of my passion for skincare and my growing understanding that skin health is public health.
