None of us had ever cooked salmon before, let alone try something as fancy as adding potatoes and fresh herbs. But the dish turned out marvelous, and we all patted ourselves on the back for a dinner well done.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Because this wasn\u2019t my recipe but my friend\u2019s, I\u2019ve never made this particular salmon preparation again.
