A UC Davis enology graduate, Vic helped with the original Paso Robles AVA effort, participated in the early growth of the Paso Robles Wine Festival, and planted his Templeton property one section at a time with his wife, Leslie.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Sitting beside him is Scott Mathews, owner and winemaker at<\/span> 915 Lincoln Wines<\/span><\/a>. Scott\u2019s wine journey began when he announced plans to make wine from a kit, and a friend immediately told him absolutely not.
