<\/figure>\nThere\u2019s been a lot of talk about the threat AI poses to the future of the entertainment industry, that AI will one day replace actors, writers, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n There is a threat, one that should be taken seriously, but it does not come from the technology itself. No matter how advanced AI becomes in the coming years, human emotion and behavior are not so easily replicated nor communicated to an audience without craft, risk, intent, vulnerability, and above all empathy, things that a machine is simply not capable of.<\/p>\n Audiences today crave authenticity, catharsis, and truth, and are a lot more discerning that many in Hollywood give them credit for.
