As we continue to grow, we\u2019re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the team that builds the future of turbomachinery technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SoftInWay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Burlington, MA headquarters while also supporting broader HR functions. This is an on-site role for someone who enjoys wearing two hats \u2014 sourcing and closing great candidates, and helping shape the employee experience once they\u2019re in the door. You\u2019ll work closely with hiring managers and company leadership to attract technical and business talent, and you\u2019ll partner with the HR team on onboarding, employee records, policy administration, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is a great fit for someone who wants ownership over the full talent lifecycle \u2014 not just filling requisitions, but helping build the people processes behind them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Talent Acquisition:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles across engineering, sales, and corporate functions, from intake meeting through offer and close<\/li>\n<li>Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking within the turbomachinery\/engineering community<\/li>\n<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial phone\/video interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit<\/li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview scorecards, and coordinate interview panels<\/li>\n<li>Extend offers and manage negotiations in coordination with HR and department leadership<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date requisition and candidate\/applicant data tracking<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or hard-to-fill roles<\/li>\n<li>Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health) to leadership<\/li>\n<li>Represent SoftInWay\u2019s employer brand at career fairs, university partnerships, and industry events as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HR Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and first-week logistics<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry<\/li>\n<li>Support administration of benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and other routine HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Assist with employee relations matters, policy questions, and documentation as needed<\/li>\n<li>Support the rollout of HR programs and initiatives (performance reviews, engagement surveys, policy updates)<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a positive on-site culture and employee experience at the Burlington office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting; HR generalist experience is a strong plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or software roles preferred<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of core HR functions (onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, compliance)<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work directly with hiring managers and leadership<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple open requisitions at once<\/li>\n<li>Discretion in handling confidential employee information<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work on-site at our Burlington, MA office<\/li>\n<li>A Wendy Rhoades view of talent recruitment \u2013 if you understand the reference, that\u2019s a plus!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why SoftInWay?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be part of a growing, global engineering software company at the forefront of turbomachinery innovation<\/li>\n<li>Own the full talent lifecycle \u2014 from sourcing to onboarding to ongoing HR support<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative, on-site culture with direct access to leadership<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SoftInWay, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and values having a diverse workforce.
