It\u2019s part of their canned lineup and was first available on April 1st, 2026, though it was not part of any April Fool\u2019s Line up. It\u2019s the sixth in their canned series of beers, as they slowly transition towards a canned lineup. I think that this the first beer I\u2019ve had with Krush hops, so I was immediately aware that it didn\u2019t have your \u201cusual\u201d saison aroma, because there was a hoppy aroma of tropical fruits. It was an aroma that I really wasn\u2019t expecting at all so of course, it immediately grabbed my attention. As the beer warmed up, the tropical aroma stabilised, rather than intensifying, and combined with a slight spicy note from the yeast.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The body began with a dry, spicy flavour, and though there was a slight hoppiness to the flavour, Yokohama Saison wasn\u2019t overly bitter, nor astringent. The beer had a lingering dryness from start to finish, with some tropical notes lingering from the start in the form of mango and pineapple, right through to the end of drinking. It was perfect for the hot summer day that I drank it on.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yokohama Saison : The Bottom Line<\/h4>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re looking for a traditional saison, then Yokohama Saison isn\u2019t going to scratch that itch.
