Having spent nearly 30 years working across the night-time economy, security, safeguarding, HR and EDI, I have seen how powerful meaningful change can be when people come together with honesty, courage and a genuine commitment to doing better. I have also seen how often talented people are still excluded, overlooked or expected to navigate barriers that shouldn\u2019t exist in the first place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Equal Measures is not just about talking about inclusion; it is about creating practical opportunities, challenging outdated systems and helping people feel that they truly belong.
