The claim follows a Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) investigation and is being brought on behalf of more than 700,000 people who purchased new-build properties between 2015 and 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is important to note that the allegations have not been proven in court.
