For over thirty years, we’ve been renowned for our iconic Cookies club and extravagant parties. From opening Cookies Cream, Germany’s first Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant, to transforming the legendary nightclub into CRACKERS\u2014a chic restaurant offering high-quality cuisine in stylish interiors\u2014we continuously push boundaries in international events, gastronomy, and catering.<\/p>\n

AS SOUS CHEF YOU\u2019LL BE\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Overseeing operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
– Writing duty rosters and managing staff schedules.
– Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
– Assisting with stock control and ordering to maintain adequate inventory levels.
– Optimizing production and storage processes for efficiency.
– Hiring and training new employees to maintain a strong team and high standards.
– Leading the team to deliver top-quality standards consistently on every shift.
– Reporting regularly to management on kitchen performance, staffing, operations, and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU BRING\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
– 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Be a role model in delivering food quality and hygiene standards.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Be a good communicator, so that the shift runs like clockwork.
– This position is available immediately and on a full-time basis.<\/p>\n
