Seattle-based singer, songwriter, and lifestyle journalist Susan G has just released her new single, ‘Spin’. She lives by the motto, “We rise by lifting others,” and her work extends beyond the studio. Susan helps new creators land their first brand deals, turns TikTok lives into dance parties for millennial moms, and brings the same uplifting energy to live shows. Motherhood, marriage, and the pandemic years made her more focused. When venues closed, she turned her living room into a weekly stage, streaming on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with 90s-inspired dance breaks, honest conversations, and original songs that quickly built a loyal following.

Susan G’s new single, ‘Spin’, mixes bossa nova rhythms with pop, light jazz, catchy 90s hooks, and hip-hop drums. The bossa groove gives the song a breezy feel, while the hip-hop beats keep it grounded. Jazz influences show up in the melodies, adding a touch of sophistication. The song features crisp electro-pop production, shimmering synths, and subtle digital sounds, all built on a warm, nostalgic R&B base. The result is a track with purpose: rhythms that make you want to move, hooks that stick with you, and a blend that feels as fun as a living-room jam but polished enough to play again and again. It’s joyful and honest self-expression.

As an artist, mom and influencer she moves between roles without losing any part of herself, showing that real craft and authenticity can run side by side. Susan G had this to say: “the soundtrack to dancing in your living room in your underwear and celebrating exactly who you are.”

Stream ‘Spin’:
