Plus, the budget\u2019s push for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in Tier-2 cities is a game-changer, aiming to turn India into a global tech hub. According to<a href=\"https:\/\/services.global.ntt\/en-us\/campaigns\/global-genai-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> NTT DATA,<\/a> 84% of Indian C-suite execs expect major transformations in 2025 thanks to GenAI integration. The focus? Improving customer experience, refining strategies, and optimizing IT functions.
