subscriptions and affiliation partnerships.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With the aim of leveraging its data analytics as quickly as possible, the Audience team has put in place a streamlined and efficient analysis strategy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Challenges<\/strong><strong>: data democrati<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>ation, editorial optimi<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>ation and SEO<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Audience team at Le Parisien has both a central and cross-functional role, working\u00a0with all the Product, Subscription and Editorial teams.\u00a0In particular,\u00a0they\u00a0support Web Analytics, SEO actions and the entire traffic acquisition strategy.\u00a0They\u00a0have\u00a0to\u00a0respond on a daily basis to large flows of requests from \u2018business\u2019 audiences who are not necessarily familiar with\u00a0interpreting data\u00a0analysis.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There are a range of\u00a0analytical challenges:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishing\u00a0a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.atinternet.com\/en\/digital-analytics-and-content-strategy-how-media-groups-can-become-truly-data-driven\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">data-driven<\/a>\u00a0governance mode\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Optimising the ergonomics and reading experience of the LeParisien.fr website\u00a0<\/li>\n<li> Positioning\u00a0themselves\u00a0as strongly as possible\u00a0on search engines\u00a0 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>The results<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Audience team was able to leverage the analytics\u00a0data very quickly.\u00a0The\u00a0main\u00a0challenge was to optimise the time spent on applications to avoid a bottleneck effect.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The solution was to open access to the data by producing daily reports in the form of\u00a0<strong><a tab)\">dashboards<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0They are specific to each business team (subscription, editorial, product, business development) and provide many advantages:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No need to create a user account for each recipient\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>No knowledge of the\u00a0tagging\u00a0scheme required to interpret the data\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Better readability and understanding of results\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The entire scope of analysis is covered (3 sites and devices)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Audience team also uses\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.atinternet.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">AT Internet\u2019s\u00a0solution<\/a>\u00a0as a\u00a0powerful tool for optimising UX.\u00a0Their\u00a0aim is to analyse the entirety of
