On top of which, the characters are absolutely delightful, and the activities are really fun too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">The author explains mindfulness, staying in the present, and focusing on yourself, your feelings, and sensations, in small easy steps that a child can understand, and will want to learn more about. As well as the importance of being kind and caring towards yourself and others.
