In the latest edition of his newsletter, The Mad Clientist, Rynowecer uses the All Stars to make a few points. \u201cSo many attorneys see the deluge of changing regulations and new client needs as a head wind \u2014 slowing them down \u2014 the BTI Client Service All-Stars see these events as a tail wind,\u201d he writes. \u201cAnother chance to move out in front.\u201d He points to five traits that drive the excellence displayed by the All-Stars:\u00a0<strong>1. Solutions Instead of Scope<\/strong>\u00a0(\u201cSkilled at anticipating needs, BTI Client Service All-Stars put together teams and resources to meet a multitude of client needs \u2014 without ever being asked.\u201d\u00a0<strong>2. Simplifies<\/strong>\u00a0(\u201cClients love emailed recommendations they can forward to their bosses in the C-Suite and Business Units. These are short, clear, and contain minimal legalese.)\u00a0<strong>3. Practical\u00a0<\/strong>(\u201cIt\u2019s all about immediate impact. The BTI Client Service All-Stars avoid theory and stick to step-by-step actions with a focus on the here and now.\u201d)\u00a0<strong>4. Situational Responsiveness<\/strong>\u00a0(\u201cAny regulatory change \u2014 especially those impacting revenue, workforce, and technology \u2014 can result in a call from the C-Suite. Clients have short windows to respond \u2014 and BTI Client Service All-Stars find ways to meet the urgency \u2014 bringing in other firm resources whenever needed.\u201d)\u00a0<strong>5. Bringing the Best<\/strong>\u00a0(\u201cPandemic era capacity constraints and law firm ghosting left clients concerned about who is performing their work.
