Of course, you can listen to live vinyl here, but <strong>while dancing is typically off-limits at listening bars<\/strong>, here, guests are encouraged to hit the dance floor. The concept is simple: during the day, brunch is served while enjoying vinyl, and in the evening, on selected nights, the dance floor opens.<\/p>\n<p>The interior is sleek and modern, yet it still feels homely due to the <strong>cosy lighting<\/strong> and <strong>warm atmosphere<\/strong>. Think of <strong>sourdough<\/strong> with <strong>smoked butter<\/strong>, <strong>poached eggs<\/strong>, <strong>Hollandaise sauce<\/strong>, bacon or salmon, and classic <strong>pancakes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the classics, this spot also offers more unique flavours: the <strong>buttermilk fried chicken<\/strong> with <strong>Cajun and cheese<\/strong> is an absolute must (also available in XL size), as are the <strong>rice buns<\/strong>, for example, with <strong>eggs and bacon<\/strong> or <strong>Nashville fried chicken<\/strong>. You will also find a selection of <strong>salads<\/strong>, <strong>brunch r\u00f6sti<\/strong>, and <strong>French toast<\/strong> on the menu. <strong>Visiting around aperitif time?<\/strong> Be sure to order some <strong>bar snacks<\/strong> as an extra treat.<\/p>\n<p>Brunch is even more fun when you make it <strong>boozy; the<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>house-made cocktails<\/strong> are perfect.
